Toussaint v. Canada is a federal court case between Nell Toussaint and The Minister Of Citizenship and Immigration, with intervention from Low Income Families Together and Charter Committee On Poverty Issues.

Ms. Toussaint requested an exemption from the $550 fee for the processing of her application for permanent residency based on humanitarian and compassionate considerations. Her application was dismissed on September 4, 2009.
